1. Subscription Model

AI Video God operates on a subscription-based access model:

Subscription grants access to the platform features
AI generation costs (images, videos) are charged separately through your own API keys
Subscription fees cover platform access, project storage, and feature updates

2. Third-Party API Costs

Video and image generation costs are charged directly by third-party providers (Fal.ai, Google Gemini) through your own API keys. These costs are not refundable by AI Video God as they are direct transactions with third-party services.

Important: Please monitor your API usage carefully. We recommend setting spending limits on your third-party API accounts.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for subscription fees may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

Technical issues preventing platform access for extended periods
Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
Service not delivered as described

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after using the service
Third-party API costs (Fal.ai, Gemini, etc.)
Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You retain access to the service until your subscription expires
Your projects and data will be retained for 30 days after expiration

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
